New Zealand Warbirds (1989) By John King
Noisy and spectacular, these warbirds can often be seen gracing the skies of New Zealand.
The New Zealand warbirds association was set up in 1978 to salvage as many surplus RNZAF trainers as possible before they were sold overseas or became scrap metal. Its members now own and operate a large collection of vintage and historic aircraft, which continue to be seen in the New Zealand skies today.
